He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Neill and Anne O'Neill (Horan); and his sister Rosemary. He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Nancy Van Horn (Phil) and Robert (Lynn); his grandchildren, Jack, Charlie Van Horn, Robert and Thomas O'Neill; his brother John (Joan); and his sister-in-law Claire Teufel. He is also survived by children by his first marriage.
