It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Bissell of Stuyvesant, New York, born in Albany, New York, who passed away on March 21, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Julia Williams; and his siblings, Glenn and Lois Bissell. He is survived by: his children, Robert Bissell (Annette), Kevin Bissell, Kimberly Splain and Heather Pearsall; his grandchildren, Robert Bissell, Kyle Bissell, Meghan Splain, Alexis Pearsall and Emma Pearsall; and his great grandchild Kahlen Bissell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
