She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald "Buzz" Cummings and Betty Cummings (Sisco); and her brother-in-law Darrell Lamay. She is survived by: her husband Fred; her daughters, Hope Barringer (Rich Stickle) and Vanessa Dunning (Shawn); her grandchildren, Brock, Carli Hathaway, Colin and Allie Dunning; her siblings, Carol Cummings (Alan Rabideau), Betsy Lamay, Becky Stanton (Bill) and Donald Cummings (Stacey Rennia); her uncle Paul Cummings (Joan); and also Dexter Hathaway. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations in Donna's memory are requested to Hathaway's Helping Hands or the Columbia County 4H, Dairy Program.
