He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Ryan and Genevieve Ryan (Hamm); his former wife Marilyn Ryan (Kowalczyk); and his brother Bernard Ryan. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Carder (Shane) of Java Center and Sean Ryan (Carrie Jacobson) of Buffalo; his grandsons, Zack and Sam Carder; his wife Karen Ryan (Green) of Mount Morris; his sister Alice Skrczeckowski (late James) of Buffalo; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Ryan of Buffalo, Timothy, Christine O'Brien of St. Augustine, FL, Irene and Michael Speranza of Sykesville, MD.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
