He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Shiltz and Mary Shiltz (Glaser); his son Michael Shiltz; his siblings, Sharon Kelly and Richard Shiltz (Mary Sue Thurber); his parents-in-law, Philip Schloss and Alberta Schloss; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Gawron (Schloss), Carl Grover and Francis Schloss.
He is survived by: his wife Linda (Schloss); his children, Tracy Shiltz (Cheryl Kohl) of North Java, Amy Meisner (Todd) of Bennington and Greg Shiltz (Julie Hoefer) of Orchard Park; his grandchildren, Ashley, Jeremy, Alexia Ammerman, Alexis, Devin, Daynin and Matt; his sister Lucille Grover; and his brother-in-law Donald Schloss. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
