He is survived by: his son Neil B. Johnson, Jr.; his siblings, Brenda Purpura of Salisbury, NY, Cynthia Provence (Richard) and Melvin Johnson (Kim) of Caroga Lake, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Casey, Jimmy Palmeroni, Neil, Kelly Purpura, Toni and Larry Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
