He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Gargano and Jean Gargano (Guglielmo); and his brother Gerard Gargano. He is survived by: his children, Amanda (Nick Coris) and John Gargano; his grandchildren, Jaxin and Olivia Coris; his brother Alphonse (Rita Gargano); his nephews, Alphonse (Kelly Gargano), Gerard Gargano and Robert (Kristin Gargano); his close friend Susan McGuire; and also, Natalie Gromko and Angelina Stelljes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in John's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
