He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Pacella and Gertrude Pacella (Marotta); his grandson Thomas Greco Jr.; and his siblings, Frank, Anthony, Michael, Molly, Angie and Theresa.

He is survived by: his wife Geraldine (Brooks); his children, Nadine Greco (Thomas), Darlene Pacella, Kim Chiorazzi (Paul), Ralph Pacella Jr. (Jill) and Christine Vasti (Vincent); his grandchildren, Jenna (Robert), Paul (Christina), Alexa (Anthony), Daniela Chiorazzi, Raymond, Michael, Julianna Pacella, Erica, Olivia and Gianna Vasti; and his great grandchildren, Atalia DiMarsico and Gia Chiorazzi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
