She was predeceased by: her parent Albert E. Forrest. She is survived by: her parent Jean Raymond Forrest; her husband Carl; her children, Susan J. Lange of Stony Point and John F. Lange of Gallipolis; her grandchildren, Audrey Lange Heeren (Eric), Gina Lanzano (Liz) and Frankie Lanzano; her great grandchildren, Carly Marie Heeren and Haylee Jean Heeren; her siblings, Jack Anderson and Sally Mann (Greg); and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Franks (Norman) and Judy Forrest. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
