He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Davey and Mary "Marie" McKay; his wife Mary McLoughlin; his children, Jennifer Carroll (Phil) and Brian; his grandchildren, Jack, Colin Carroll, Daniella and Giulietta Davey; his brother John (Pauline); and his siblings-in-law, Ellie Bowman (Jack), Kathy Mutz (Tom), Jimmy McLoughlin (Barbara) and Michael McLoughlin (Patti). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association (https://act.alz.org) or the Food Bank of Hudson Valley.
