Jeannette Marie Garrison Obituary

With solemn reverence, we commemorate Jeannette Marie Garrison of Stony Point, New York, whose life came to an end on April 6, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hoyt and Catherine Hoyt; her husband Joseph; her son Mark; and her siblings, Bert Hoyt (Neve), Inez Natale (Anthony), Lillian Hamer (Warren), Raymond Hoyt (Martha), James Hoyt (Mary), Lawrence Hoyt and Lucille Hahn.

She is survived by: her children, Joe, Cathi, Michael (Donna), Renee Savoia (Anthony), Cheryl Chien (David) and David (Doreen); her daughter-in-law Dina; and her niece Diane Way. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the George Holt Funeral Home (50 New Main St, Haverstraw, NY 10927). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter & St. Mary Church (115 Broadway, Haverstraw, NY 10927).
