He is survived by: his children, Philip Jr. (Patricia), Robert (Barbara), Denise Spicijaric (John) and Paula Spirito (John); his grandchildren, Philip III (Jennifer), Erica Van Stell (Kayne), Dean, Alyssa Spirito, Lauren Kerlin (Bill), John Spirito, Hannah Spicijaric, Julia Spirito, Robert Faurote (Lisa) and Kelly Hosonitz (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Antonia of Philip, IV, Grace, Nicholas, Lily Van Stell, Amelia Van Stell, Josephine, Gia, Julianne Hosonitz and Josh Hosonitz. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
