She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Evak; and her children, Michal Evak and Joanne Aiello. She is survived by: her son John Evak; her grandchildren, Joseph Evak (Joey), James Evak, Nicole Sabia and Robert Aiello (Bobby); and her great grandchildren, Giavanna Sabia, Salvatore Licata, Isabella Licata, Ava Evak, Lucas Evak, Aleeya Evak and Loriyah Evak.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the St James Funeral Home (829 Middle Country Rd, St James, NY 11780). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the St. James RC Church (429 NY-25A, Setauket- East Setauket, NY 11733).
