Though Leonard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Leonard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Usher; his children, Aviann, Leonard Austen and Laycee; and his grandchildren, Imanuel, Ian, Madison, Austen, Amarie, Avery and Jubilee.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Baptist Church (10 Teller Ave, Coram, NY 11727). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933-1031).
