He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol; his children, Mary Leister Petritsch (George Petritsch), Colleen Leister Eberle (Bill Eberle) and Sean Leister (Melissa Hunt); and his grandchildren, Erin Eberle Quilinquin (Donald Quilinquin), John Eberle (Chrissy Allen), Timothy Petritsch, Zachary Petritsch, Lachlan Hunt, Jasmine Hunt, Luke Leister and Brianna Leister.
