With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edmund Handley (Stony Brook, New York), born in Astoria, New York, who passed away on May 11, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Bridget McGhee Handley; his siblings, Tom, Jane and Sarah; his spouse Australian (Janette); and his children, Siobhan, Tara, Shannon and Sean. He was also cherished by his wife and children and dogs.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations be made in memory of Edmund J. Handley to either: The Long Island State Veteran's Home 100 Patriot's Road Stony Brook, NY 11790.
