He was predeceased by: his parent Frederick Atkins. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Bartlett Atkins; his children, Pam Atkins (Frank Barr) of Elizaville, N. Y., Bill Atkins (Lori) of Colchester, Kurt Atkins and Eric Atkins (Jennifer) of Stone Ridge, N. Y.; his grandchildren, Trevor, Kiersten, Josh, Adrienne Barr, Lindsay Atkins, Thomas Atkins, Adam Wagner, Jacklynn Atkins and Kurt Atkins; his siblings, Richard, Harley, Barry and Valerie; and also Caroline Sichler Atkins.
