He was predeceased by: his parent Clarence Cahill. He is survived by: his parent Loretta Cahill (Schefscuga); his children, Linda De Mayo and Herbert J. Cahill, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Kathy; his grandchildren, Eugene De Mayo, Jr., Scott Cahill and Tiffany Corcoran; his great grandchildren, Michael James Cahill, Brady Corcoran and Mia Corcoran; his spouse Elizabeth Cahill; his son-in-law Eugene De Mayo Sr.; and also, Loretta Kunz, Margaret Schurko and Mildred Fetky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
