He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn Merrill; his children, David (Katie Merrill), Daniel (Kara Koehler), Laurie (Todd Lapp) and Linda (Kevin Witkowski); his grandchildren, Amanda, Madeline, Devyn, Carter, Cadence and Easton; and his great grandchildren, Johnny, Addy, Izzie and Gerhard.
In the interest of public safety during the current pandemic Franks services and cremation will be held privately.
The family suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society.
