It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara M. Vertucci of Stone Ridge, New York, who passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashley Strong and Marie Strong; and her sister Elizabeth Strong. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Barbara Hooley (Patrick), James Vertucci (Deirdre), Patricia Jefferson (Marlon) and Karen Vertucci; her grandchildren, Lauren Sparks (Eric), Ashley Cheney (Chris), Jackson Vertucci, Luca Vertucci, Carter Jefferson, Tyler Jefferson, Giovanni DiTolla, Reese Barbara Jefferson and Antonio DiTolla; her great grandchildren, Ella Cheney, Cash Cheney, June Barbara Sparks and Elizabeth Sparks; her brother Dr. John Strong; and her pet Wendell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
