He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur G. Fugazzi and Mary E. Fitzpatrick Fugazzi. He is survived by: his daughter Brianna F. Smith (Joe); his grandsons, Layne and Randal; and his siblings, Deborah Regan, Susan Magliola (Scott), George Fugazzi (DeeDee) and Mary Frances Wright. He is also survived by two nieces, two nephews and multiple cousins.
