He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Welsh; and his grandson Alexander Danforth. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie; his children, Travis Welsh (Jen), Angela Birch, Michael Danforth (Cathy) and Tracey Carroll (Mike); his sisters, Regina Mooney (Frank) and Denise Goodrich (Cal); and his grandchildren, Christopher Birch, Faith, Ethan Welsh, Michael Danforth, Jr., Shannon, Greg Streeter, James, Jonathan, David and Christopher Carroll. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc. (565 4th Ave, Troy, NY 12182).
