He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Thomas and Navy Seabees; his significant other Mary Sullivan Thomas (Tess); and his siblings, Ellen Mae Gensel, Paul and Mervin Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Robbins (Richard) of Stillwater, Timothy Thomas of Eunice and Kathleen Merry (John) of Queensbury; his grandchildren, Amy, Todd, Matthew, Erin, Sarah, Jennifer, Kristina Joanna and Steven; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Isabelle, Jacob, Jayden, Jenna, Lila, Kayden, Catherine, Davis and Genevieve. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
