He is survived by: his parents, Ronald P. Putnam and Dawn M. Putnam; his pets, Smokey and Raina; his children, Scott Putnam (Amber), Justin Putnam (Jamie), Phoenix Putnam and Jarod Putnam (Katie); his brothers, Ronald Putnam Jr. (Sonia), Randall Putnam, Adam Putnam (Michelle) and Ryan Putnam (Angela); and his grandchildren, Jordan, Justin Jr., Kloie, Anthony, Aubrey, Isaac, Ethan, Adalynn, Jayce, Logan, Zoey and Avery. He is also survived by nieces, nephew and cousins.
