He was predeceased by: his father George P. Fischer. He is survived by: his mother Linda J. Van Wormer Fischer of Westmere, NY; his wife Susan J. Jurewicz Fischer of Stillwater; his children, Robert Fischer (Melissa) of Stillwater and Kelly Fischer of Albany; and his siblings, Thomas Fischer of Albany and Joanne Cadalso (Stephen) of Albany. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
