She was predeceased by: her parent Michael Polonis; her husband Francis Buononato; her daughter Frances P. Bartlett; and her siblings, Anne Ryan Hayner, Nellie Mokay, Bill, Tony, Joe and Edward Polonis.
She is survived by: her parent Pauline Tranoski Polonis; her wife Scott McAvoy of Halfmoon; her great grandchildren, Andrew McAvoy and Lauren McAvoy; her sister Marie Chambers of Connecticut; and also Lauri McAvoy of Halfmoon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Bartlett Memorial Scholarship Fund, Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region, 6 Tower Place, Albany, NY 12203, a yearly scholarship offered to single mothers, a significant challenge both Pauline and her daughter Frances successfully endured.
