He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Lisa Walters (Kelly) and Douglas Evanchuk; his grandchildren, Landon, Elizabeth, Charlotte, Caitlyn, Brian and Jillian; his great grandchild Weston; and his nephews, Mark Evanchuk (Jill) and Darren Evanchuk (Courtney).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
