It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Rowena Fay (Stillwater, New York), born in Reno, Nevada, who passed away on June 17, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Z. Fay and Charlotte Fay (Anderson); and her sister Judy Triplett. She is survived by: her pet Buster; and her siblings, Michael Fay (Patricia) of Smethport, PA, Roberta Fay Schrubb of Runnemede, NJ, Nancy Higley (Stanton) of Middleton, OH and Margaret Johnson (Ken) of Cherry Hill, NJ. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and close friends.
