She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Josephine and Claude Mounce; and her siblings, Mary and Michael. She is survived by: her children, Matthew (Gilda), Steven (Diane) and Kathleen; and her grandchildren, Thomas (Stacey), Christopher (Jaclyn), Eric, William, Marcella, Jessica, Steven Jr., James and Michael. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider donating to their favorite charity in Frances' name.
