William is survived by: parent Ethel Williams Kinney; wife Marilou; children, Martin Kinney of Oswego, Susan Terrell (Timothy) of Rochester, Caleb Kinney of Oswego and Patrick Kinney of Sterling; and sisters, Louise Metzger (Michael) of Rochester and Diane Kinney (Alan) of Pennsylvania.
