Kinney (Sterling, New York), born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on July 4, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. William was predeceased by: parent Kenneth Kinney. William is survived by: parent Ethel Williams Kinney; wife Marilou; children, Martin Kinney of Oswego, Susan Terrell (Timothy) of Rochester, Caleb Kinney of Oswego and Patrick Kinney of Sterling; and sisters, Louise Metzger (Michael) of Rochester and Diane Kinney (Alan) of Pennsylvania.
