He was predeceased by: his father Sgt. Robert Spath. He is survived by: his mother Patricia O'Bey Spath (Thomas) of Sterling; his wife Tracy Spath; his sons, Michael Spath of Red Creek, Scott Spath of Granby and Brock Spath of Victor; his grandchildren, Silas and Aubree Spath; and his siblings, Melanie Curtis (Jim) of Sterling and William Ferguson (Eileen) of Sterling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
