He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, John Jr., Bernie (Cristin), David and Kathy Richmond (Brian); his sisters, Marianne Loran and Grace "Bunny" DeLorio; and his grandchildren, Neriah Finch and Joe Novak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
