He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Finnegan and Christine Marsh Finnegan of Minetto; his significant other Rachel; his sons, Gage and Rhett; his sister Shannon; his brother-in-law Matthew Saccone; his nieces and nephews, Arianna, Giovanni and Julianna of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; his parents-in-law, Jerry and Bridgett Bray of Lowville; his sister-in-law Tia Bray (Dylan Danks); and his nieces and nephews, MaKenna Bray and Skyler Danks of Copenhagen. He is also survived by his wife, children, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a fund set up for his children.
