She was predeceased by: her husband Leon; her grandson Donavan F. Furlong, III; and her siblings, Mildred Mester of Michigan and John Pitts. She is survived by: her sister Marlene Bramble; and her daughters, Barbara Hall (Douglas) of Sterling and Katharine Smith (Charles) of Oneida. She is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
