He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne D. MacVeigh and Rotrude MacVeigh; his brothers, Sonny and Richard; and his grandson Joey Slaver.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Goodermote; his children, William MacVeigh (Dawn) of Stephentown, Timothy MacVeigh (Mary Ann) of Stephentown, Linda Slaver (Joe) of Stephentown, Brian MacVeigh (Tracy Grant) of Stephentown, Thomas A. MacVeigh (Ann) of Stephentown and Eric Grant; and also, Patrick, Cole MacVeigh, Richard (Zuly), Mary Perks, Caleb Fisher-MacVeigh, Kevin MacVeigh, Amber Gray (Fred), William III, Michael and Brianna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's memory may be made to either the fund for the future maintenance of the Veterans of Stephentown Memorial Park (c/o John Linton, P.O. Box 143, Stephentown, NY 12168) or the Stephentown Volunteer Fire Department (P.O. Box 208, Stephentown, NY 12168).
