He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Thomas Adams and Myron Wesley Adams of Cherry Plain; his siblings, Myron Adams (Junie) and Audrey Clough; his son Jacob Scott Adams; his former wife Kimberly St Germain; and his children, Kyrstin Renee Adams and Whitney Rose Adams.
He is survived by: his brother Andrew Adams; his cousin Keith Liebenow (Missy); and his wife Shannon Marie Adams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
