She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Ryan and Gloria Perachi Ryan; and her daughter Kim Mary Garivaltis. She is survived by: her husband James G. Ayling; her children, Peter Garivaltis of Vermont and Brigid Miller (Douglas) of East Nassau, NY; her stepchildren, Ronni Jones (William) of Stephentown, NY, Barbara Schafer (Robert) of East Nassau, NY and James Paul Ayling of Stephentown, NY; her grandchildren, Sophia Garivaltis, Harlow (Ryan Miller), Danielle, Nolan (Cole Jones) and Emily (Holly Schafer); and her siblings, Thomas Ryan (Mary) of Pittsfield, Teresa Stracuzzi (Michael) of Pittsfield and John Ryan (Gail) of Hopkinton, MA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Berkshire Humane Society, in care of the funeral home.
