She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Barrett and Marie [Busch] Barrett; and her sibling Jean Leising (Walter). She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Theresa Daigler (late Frank), Florence Barrett, Francis Barrett, Ann Kramer (Thomas), John and Joseph Barrett; and her sibling-in-law Jean Barrett. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, great, great nieces, nephews and her sisters.

She was professed as a Sister of St. Francis of Penance and Christian Charity on August 1951.
