She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Braelynn Frank. She is survived by: her children, Julie C. Lombardi of Olean, NY, Christopher M. Frank of Salamanca, NY and Autumn M. White of Steamburg, NY; and her grandchildren, Dustin, Austin Wright, Joseph Lombardi, Logan McEntire, Ana, Christopher II, Hunter, Harper Frank, Mariah and Jeremiah John.
