He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Fazio and Frank Fazio. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Jonathan (Andrea) and Paige (Michael Wentworth); his grandchildren, Mia Fazio, Gemma Fazio, Peyton Wentworth and Michael Vincent Wentworth; and his sister Susan Fazio.
