It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Ann Ruffo of Staten Island, New York, who passed away on March 16, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Victoria Ann leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Victoria Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Hemphill and Gladys E. Ludlam Hemphill; and her brother Aaron Ludlam. She is survived by: her husband Robert Ruffo of Staten Island, NY; and her children, Thomas Ruffo (Carla Howe-Ruffo) of Northridge, MI and Annette Ruffo of Staten Island, NY.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Griffin Funeral Service Chapel (811 N Lincoln Ave, Star City, AR 71667). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
