With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Roma in Staten Island, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 11, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thomas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cathy Roma; his children, Victoria LaBarbera and John; his daughter-in-law Christina Roma; and his grandsons, Marco and Tommy.

I wanted to visit my Fathers Cemetary and grave site but was having trouble finding the correct cemetery. I had nearly given up, but Tom found the right cemetery for me to visit. Then when my flight was canceled Tom took me to his office and together, we found a flight for me back home!”
