He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Mary Coffey (Phil Blitz), Michael Coffey and James Coffey (Sandra Villecampa); his grandchildren, Danielle Bruckbauer (Pete), Nicole Coffey, James Ryan Coffey, Kathryn Blitz, Eunbi Chung and Lachlan Coffey; and his great grandchild Jackson Bruckbauer.

Donations to Alzheimer's Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
