He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franchina and Barbara Franchina; and his wife Helen. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Melito (Michael) and Phil Franchina (Gina); and his grandsons, Philip, James, Nicholas, Michael and Vincent.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312).
