Foucher of Staten Island, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Foucher and Eleanor Foucher; and his brother Keith Foucher. He is survived by: his close friend Marie Giasi; his former wife Marie Foucher; his daughters, Jeanine Foucher and Christine Binder; his son-in-law Scott Binder; and his grandson Kyle Binder.
