He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lucille Lerner; his daughters, Andrea (Michael DonDiego) and Michelle (Andrew Scudera); his grandchildren, Emma, James DonDiego, Addison and Drew Scudera; his siblings, Jerry Lerner and Susan Thomas; his sister-in-law Marilyn; and his cousin Marilyn.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (2819 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10306). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Moravian Cemetery (2205 Richmond Rd, Staten Island, NY 10306).
