He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Holder, Sr. and Therese Holder. He is survived by: his son Tim (Jean); his granddaughter Penelope; his siblings, Kevin, Kathleen and Maura; and his nieces and nephews, Erin, Alexandra, Amanda, Michael and Patrick.
