As Marie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Marie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Marie leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Yorkus and Joseph Yorkus; and her great grandchild Giada. She is survived by: her son Steven (June); her granddaughter Erika (Ross); and her great grandchildren, Ross IV and Gianni.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
