Maria R. Laviano Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria R. Laviano of Staten Island, New York, who passed away on January 18, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandmother Maria Rita Laviano; and her parents, Frank Caputo and Florence Caputo. She is survived by: her husband John Laviano of Brooklyn; her children, Joseph, Patricia and Edward; her children-in-law, Josephine Laviano, Michael Cipullo and Marta Laviano; her grandchildren, Joseph Laviano Jr. (Lisa), Jennifer Cipullo, Michael Cipullo (Diana) and Daniella Laviano; her great grandchildren, Giovanni and Vincenzo Laviano; and her grandchildren, Zephyra, Neffertiti, Ramses, Gunner and Thor.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (2819 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10306). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the St Charles Church (644 Clawson St, Staten Island, NY 10306).
