He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo DiGiacomo and Elvira DiGiacomo; his wife Diana; his siblings, Ralph, Clement, Anna and Tessie; his daughter Patricia; and his son-in-law Mike.
He is survived by: his children, Angelo (Marsha), JoAnn, Elvira (Angel), Susan (Terrence), Andrew, James (Mary) and Thomas (Heather); and his son-in-law James. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and caring friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Lenny's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
